How do I place an order? The best way for you to place an order is via our online store (www.fxa.net.au). If you are having difficulty using our online store, or would like a customised quote, please via email, complete the Request a quote form or our phone number is 02 6223 2514
Where are you located? To offer our customers the most competitive pricing, we keep our overheads low. This means that we do not have a showroom or shopfront. Our office is located in the ACT and we are happy to take phone calls to discuss your requirements. We ship from warehouses located in Sydney and Melbourne.
Do you accept Cash On Delivery (COD)? No, again to keep our prices competitive we keep our overheads low. Therefore payment is required when orders are placed.
Is it safe to shop with you online? We are an Australian registered business – ABN 48 121 397 537 . Just like all non web-based transactions, your transactions with us are protected by Australian Corporations and Trade Practices Legislation.
Can I pick-up my order? No. To offer our customers the most competitive pricing, we keep our overheads low; therefore we do not have a shopfront.
Do your products carry any warranty? Each product we sell has varying manufacturer’s warranties. We also sell additional manufacturers on-site service warranties for some products.
I have placed my order, how do I know the status of my order? If you log in your account, your will find the status of your order. If you have any queries relating to the status of your order, please contact us via the contact us page. Will you accept a cheque payment? We will accept cheques but please note it can take 3-5 days for a cheque to clear and we can only start processing your order after the cheque has cleared in our bank account.
Cheques can be sent to our postal address; PO Box 910 How much will I pay for shipping? We offer a flat rate for shipping. Our shipping rates are $20*per hardware item and $10 per consumable item. Hardware items include; Printers, faxes, scanners etc. Consumables are toner. Please note if you select the incorrect shipping option (ie you select consumables shipping when you have ordered a printer) the shipping on your order will be adjusted and you will be notified. * Some items like wide format printers may incur additional shipping charge. We will contact you before and additional charge is applied.
