and copying volumes stage, combined with the costing information we then can recommend a solution that that will Increase the customer's

Facilities Management Details
- All toner will be provided by FXA®
at no extra charge
- All paper will be provided by FXA®
at no extra charge
- 24/7 Support - First level support will be provided 24/7
- Priority service directly from the Manufacture if a service
call is required
- Live reporting - Meter readings, service call History.
- Quarterly reports - including each department true printing
cost/ usage
- Service performance i.e. response
time etc
- Setup and install- including user codes
- FXA®
will maintain correct toner levels - ensuring that there
is always spare toner for each machine
- Fleet rotation - if needed FXA®
will rotate machine within
the fleet
- Only one invoice will be raised per quarter to cover all
cost.
- One telephone number to call of all support and supplies.
